UK DELIVERY

Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. You can also choose faster delivery for extra few pounds (see all details below). When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. We dispatch every day Monday-Saturday. Orders placed before 3.00pm are usually dispatched the same day on weekdays, orders placed on weekend or bank holiday are sent the next working day.

DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Signature required) £5.99. Next day guarantee for orders placed before 3pm

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We kindly ask to pay for your order straight after the order is placed.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. All card payments are proceeded via our secure SagePay online payment system.

If you need a VAT invoice just click “I want to receive a VAT invoice” before proceeding the payment in your basket or email us later. It will be supplied in electronic form or together with the order.


CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be notified in by e-mailing info@heynershop.co.uk or by calling 01924365390, in all circumstances you should try to quote your order number to allow us to deal with your request quickly. A full refund, including the costs of delivery, will be made where you cancel your order prior to receiving it.

 

RETURNS

If you have received an incorrect item, please email us- we can resolve any problem. 

We guarantee to refund or replace any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. 

If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged in transit- please get in touch, we are always happy to offer a solution.

If you change your mind or you have ordered wrong item the cost of returning a product to us is your responsibility. We offer a free shipping but if you return the product because you don't like it or it is no longer needed - we will not be responsible to cover the cost of returns.

If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. 
Once the order is delivered to us we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the product. We do not take responsibility for any other fees (such as packing materials)you paid to return the item.
